Returns / Warranty


STC is very committed to customer satisfaction and has worked very hard to ensure that all of our products are reliable and of excellent quality. Our products are produced by some of the leading manufacturers in the surfing goods industry, using the latest standards of technology and best materials available. STC goods are designed in Australia to meet stringent standards of excellence and they are heavily “road tested” by our team surfers and STC friends for a minimum of 12 months before introduction to the market.

You should have full confidence in knowing that your STC purchases are fully backed with our unbeatable 18 month warranty against faulty workmanship and/or materials.

What is your returns policy?
Damaged or faulty goods will be fully refunded or exchanged. Freight both ways will be paid for by us.
If you are not happy with the item purchased (i.e. colour, size, style). We ask that you cover the cost of postage/shipping.

How do I return an item?
Should you need to return any goods purchased, contact our Customer Service Team via email: orders@surftradingcompany.com

Important
* The return must be received by Surf Trading Company within (14) days from dispatch.
 
* Do not return the goods to us without first having received an email from us confirming that you should return the goods.

Surf Trading Company will take no responsibility for goods that are sent back by the customer and are subsequently lost or stolen before arriving.

- If the order was placed incorrectly by yourself you will be charged a minimum of $10.00 and a maximum of $20.00 return courier fee, depending on location.

- Unfortunately, we do not exchange any items classified as heavy or bulky or over 20kgs.

Returns
- If you are not happy with your product that was purchased on-line for any reason, Surf Trading Company Pty Ltd is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit voucher/coupon on your  customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.

- If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund or exchange.

Defective items
Defective items must be returned to surftradingcompany.com.au within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, you will be provided with a credit voucher/coupon on your customer account.
