All STC orders are delivered by courier direct to your door. Where delivery to your door is not possible we will do our absolute best to get the delivery as close as possible. When placing your order please choose a suitable shipping address as all of our courier services require a signature upon delivery of all parcels unless “Authority to Leave” is selected.

If you are not home when the courier arrives they will leave a card (in your letterbox or at your doorstep) with several details on it. It will include the courier’s contact details so that you can call them to arrange an alternative day/time for a delivery where a signature can be issued.

STC utilizes a number of courier companies, depending on weight of the product and courier availability. Couriers include FastWay Couriers and Australia Post.

Authority to Leave
During the ordering process, when reviewing your cart, you can specify an “Authority to Leave” of the parcel if there will be no-one available to sign for the package. This is only applicable for items under 3kg in net weight.

Please provide clear/specific instructions regarding where to leave your parcel. The courier will do their best to follow these instructions.

- If the courier deems the “Authority to Leave” location as an unsafe area, they may leave a card and return the parcel to the depot.

- If “Authority to Leave” is requested and the parcel is left by the courier, we (STC) hold no responsibility if the parcel goes missing from the shipping address or becomes damaged.
Item Availability
All items presented online are available at the time of activation. Every effort is made by STC to accurately display correct quantities but due to unforeseen circumstances some items may not be available at the time of purchase. Should any complications arise a STC staff member will contact you via phone and/or email to advise if there are any complications with stock availability.

Please note that if an item is unavailable we will advise you to the best of our ability the next date available for this product. This time period will be dependent on when the next shipment is due to arrive, Customs clearance and so on.
Ordering Process
Items are shipped once availability has been confirmed, payment is approved and all registration fields (including full billing/shipping address, email address, contact phone and/or mobile phone number) are verified/submitted. You will be charged automatically for any item until your order has been located and confirmed.

Orders are usually processed/dispatched within 1-2 full business days. Most orders should be delivered within 3 full business of the order being confirmed and dispatched. Delivery times may vary according to the location of your shipping address if not in a metropolitan area.

Excess weight items above 10kg generally take between 3-10 business days depending on where in Australia the item is to be delivered.

Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia.
Delivery Charges
All products are delivered FREE Australia wide (does not include Surfboards, Softboards and Bodyboards).

Large/Bulky items such as Surfboards, Softboards and Bodyboards have a flat delivery fee of $20 Australia wide.
Reasons for Order Delays
  • Incorrect address or address with no-one to sign for the parcel.
  • Incorrect Credit Card information, please double check all details at the time of order as you will be charged once the order is ready to ship.
  • Personal detail confirmation for fraud prevention - sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders to protect the cardholder, this may delay shipping.
  • Occasionally, if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers.
  • If your order will be delayed for any reason, (STC) staff will contact you via phone and/or email to advise you of the delay.
